Attempting to tell family
I can't believe I can't get through to my Dad to tell him about our engagement. I'm so excited to tell him. I called him on Thursday to tell him. He answered the phone like this. "HiBeccaHoneyICantTalkRightNowIOnlyHaveAMinuteLeftOfMyCellTimeAndIneedItToCallATaxiToGetARideIntoTownSoICanGetMoreCellPhoneTi/~FZZZbeep"
My Dad doesn't have a car right now and It's a ten mile walk to the nearest town for him, So I know he won't be getting into town anytime soon, or at least till the owner of the Farm comes to visit and see how he's managing.I hope he doesn't feel bad that I couldn't tell him right away. I know he is the type who would have wanted to be the first to know I've called him everyday since and he still doesn't have his phone up I do know that as soon as he has his phone again he will be calling me.... Oh well. I guess those are the little things that happen.We are gonna take off to dinner and to see the Heath Ledger... I mean the Order... Mind On Drew focus on fiancée... Yah um...
